Description
This RFC proposes to add a routine to perform one of the matrix-vector operations
y = alpha*A*x + beta*ywhere alpha and beta are scalars, x and y are n element vectors and A is an n by n symmetric matrix, with k super-diagonals as defined in BLAS Level 2 routines. Specifically adding@stdlib/blas/base/ssbmvis proposed.Related Issues
