SUGGESTION
Bottom left where the 'Encoding Job:' is displayed, perhaps place an Encoding Progress bar just below the two lines of informative text, same as shown in the Queue panel. I don't use the Queue panel if I am only encoding 1 movie but when I am using the Queue panel I can just stick my head into my office and see from the door the progress very easily but can not do that if I don't display the Queue panel.
